How to eat more in meals in a shorter time.

Basically, i have been able to double my food intake merely by drinking water as i eat, it also helps with anyone who consider themselves as a slow eater, a slow eater make take 20mins to eat a full meal, that same meal with water constantly drank in between bites can be cut down to as much as 10 minutes.
