How times have changed

Early this morning I started work on a couple of projects I had to complete.

Two years ago (Windows Vista days?) this would usually involve atleast 1 or 2 software (system?) restarts throughout the day to clear the memory (make everything fast again!)

Today I was pleasantly surprised that by 7:30pm my laptop was still running lag-free in top top condition. Now my laptop specs are slightly old now, but are still above the average consumer laptop spec

2009 Q3-Q4 – The Possibilities

So you may know im startin uni this September (finally…i know) and I will be studying web development of course but it has come to my attention that i have 1 month or more precisly 25 days of freedom until; 2009 Q3-Q4 begins.

Heres when you say. What? What does that mean?

Well the turn of Q3-Q4 is mark of a special season, no not winter sir, its the season of a whole load of new game releases! and these are the ones i look forward to the most.

Fifa 10 – Xbox 360
Forza Motorsport 3 – Xbox 360(Oh Gosh!!!)
Assasins Creed II – Xbox 360 (Altho the 1st one was very repetitive the excitment factor lasted a good 2 months atleast)
Call Of Duty MW: 2 – Xbox 360
EA Sports Grand Slam Tennis – Xbox 360 – Could be interesting
FOOTBALL MANAGER 2010 – PC – It hasnt been announced BUT WE KNOW ITS COMING!
APB (All Points Bulletin) – PC – This is hopefully out in January and its my 2nd most anticipated game, 1st being football manager of course

Or I could be a good boy, rarely play games and get my head down to studying? Whatdoyathink?

T-Mobile G1 – Sold Out in Hours

I currently own the HTC Tytn II with a T-Mobile contract that finished in August and knowing that there was 3 possible phones that where soon-to-be-released I decided to not renew my contract (upgrade) until T-Mobile released one of the following:

HTC Touch HD

HTC Touch Pro

HTC T-Mobile G1

T-Mobile UK now have the G1 on sale and i so i preceded with calling up today at about 5pm, I was eligible for a free upgrade to the G1, but as it happens T-Mobile received their delivery of G1′s this morning (white/black) and both colours sold out buy the afternoon. I was then told there is a next delivery of white G1′s tomorrow and the black ones next week!
