The power of a good close circle of friends should not be underestimated. The feeling of accountability towards that circle runs through each individual, thus enforcing personal growth.

I honestly can’t name a single person that seems to be on a dodgy path to no mans land.

Everyone seems to have a plan, and although we may not admit it, its created competition; good competition.

I sincerely hope 2012 is another good year for all of us as we continue to make improvements.
